At New York Fashion Week, Michael Kors unveiled his Spring 2026 ready-to-wear collection inside Manhattan’s Terminal Warehouse, transforming the industrial space into an intimate, sunlit retreat. Oversized lanterns cast a warm glow, wood-paneled walls softened the atmosphere, and tables adorned with succulents and ceramic vases added a touch of natural serenity. The mood was clear: a wardrobe that marries laid-back elegance with refined polish.
The collection drew inspiration from Kors’ summer travels, spanning Norway’s serene fjords, South Africa’s vibrant landscapes, California’s rugged coastlines, Marrakech’s colorful souks, and Sicily’s rustic charm. Rather than focusing on one single locale, Kors created a global vision, merging Moroccan drapery, Polynesian fluidity, and Big Sur’s raw natural palette into clothes for the cosmopolitan woman. “The eye has to travel,” Kors said, invoking Diana Vreeland, “but my goal is urban ease infused with a sense of wanderlust.”

Kors’ philosophy of “earthly elegance” came to life in flowing, wearable silhouettes.
