Coldest days of winter are finally behind us. So, it’s perfect time to focus on Spring-Summer 2022 fashion trends, which tend to bring a breath of fresh air to our wardrobes.
Creative Designers at the New York, Milan, London and Paris’ Fashion Weeks gave us a clear demonstration of the biggest and must-haves fashion pieces that are definitely key to be worn this season.
The Y2K trends (from 1999 and 2000) have aroused great interest and will continue indefinitely with the return of micro minis, as we saw in brands like Miu Miu, Versace and Max Mara.
For this fashion month, Creative Designers spared no effort to experiment with energetic new shades. The result? A crop of fresh, vibrant and eye-catching colour trends that we can’t fall in love with.
From cropped pieces, miniskirts, neon and hot pink hues, puffy white suits and super sheer fabrics, this season’s fashion trends seem to be living up to everyone’s expectations.

CUT OUTS
A dominant silhouette 2.0. The catsuit and dresses remain key pieces adorned with draping and cutouts. All infused with a good dose of elegance.

MINI SKIRTS
The mini skirt is back. Sure, we’ve all grown accustomed to midi lengths when it comes to skirts and dresses, but the runways have asked us to elevate our hemlines for spring/summer 2022. Extra boyish volumes are now the ultimate fashion statement. The micro skirt steals the limelight from the traditional miniskirt, drawing the contours with a new look, between schoolgirl and neochic.

WHITE SUITING
Suits may have been off the fashion radar for quite a few months as much of the country started working from home in loungewear.
This season will see the return of the old basic with a vengeance. Pure white and complete with dazzling accents, from bows at the waist to contrasting black hardware and striking shoulders, these are pieces that should make the prospect of returning to your journey much more bearable.

HOT PINK
Hot pink is the colour of the year. During SS 22’ runways, we saw creative directors implementing pink colour shades on their designs and we’re totally obsessed with it. Aren’t you?
Many fashion brands showed their collections featuring the most fashionable colour trend of the year (pink, of course; in different shades), and after that, celebrities started wearing pink pieces at different events and even on the red-carpet, for instance, the Grammys 2022 red carpet (Saweetie, Billy Porter, and even Travis Barker) or the Valentino front row (Anne Hathaway, Zendaya, Florence Pugh, Vanessa Hudgens, etc.)

HIGHLIGHTER YELLOW
Neon yellow is also the key and hottest trend for the season 2022, and the most incredible thing about this is that it’s particularly epic when worn head-to-toe. This trend is one of the most flexible of the SS22 season.
