Moschino tells a sartorial nursery rhyme with its SS22 Collection

Designer Jeremy Scott presented MOSCHINO Spring Summer 2022 Ladies Who Lunch Collection.

During the ongoing New York Fashion Week the collection reimagines Franco Moschino’s classic suits and separates through rose-coloured glasses, with lots of nostalgia and novelty.

It was a tribute to the creative director Jeremy Scott’s early years in the big city in the 90s.

This fashion show brings illustrated animals printed in all clothing items, including bears, flying kites, poodles with flower crowns, seals balancing striped beach balls, and giraffes pulling trolleys full of blossoms.

The silhouettes are simple and classic, with matching skirts and jackets, babydoll coats, and knitted dresses, portraying the season’s key silhouettes

Model Gigi Hadid opened and closed the show, characterizing the new mom. Other models such as Irina Shayk, Taylor Hill, Precious Lee, Jasmine Tookes, Winnie Harlow also were part of this event.
